Bij ons kom je terecht in een klein team van circa 20 personen. Samen hebben wij de verantwoordelijkheid voor het veilig en stabiel laten functioneren van de continue
vergistingsprocessen en het optimaliseren van de groen gas productie. Behouden van overzicht, communiceren met collega’s, het onderzoeken van problemen en het voordragen van
verbetervoorstellen zijn belangrijke onderdelen van jouw functie. Het tonen van initiatief wordt gewaardeerd. Wij zijn een klein team, waardoor jij direct van invloed kan en moet zijn.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor ontvangst, aanmelden en doorverwijzen bezoekers, chauffeurs en aannemers.
- Ingangscontrole uitvoeren aan- en afvoer.
- Algemene boekhouding rondom mestadministratie en ISCC.
- Archiveren en beheer documentatie.
- Beheer weegbrug systemen.
- Weekplanningen aan- en afvoer beheren i.s.m. operations.
- Beheer en bestellen algemene kantoorbenodigdheden.
Doel van de functie:
- Het compleet en gestructureerd bijhouden van de (mest)boekhouding.
- Streven naar transparante en complete documentatie naar controlerende instanties.
- Duidelijke communicatie voorzien en zo de productieprocessen vlot laten verlopen.
- Onderzoeken van afwijkingen en deze voorkomen in de toekomst.
- Het optimaliseren van administratieve processen.
