Eurotank Amsterdam (ETA), onderdeel van European Tank Terminal BV, is op zoek naar een HSE Officer.
ETA is gevestigd in de Amsterdamse haven en speelt een belangrijke rol in de energietransitie. We slaan energieproducten, biobrandstoffen en biofeedstocks op en zorgen voor verwarmings- en mengmogelijkheden. Met bijna 200 opslagtanks, 11 steigers en een uitgebreid pijpleidingnetwerk bedienen we internationale klanten met een team van ruim 85 collega’s.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Zorgen voor naleving en verbetering van de veiligheidsprocedures en werkinstructies volgens wetgeving en European Tank Terminal BV-standaarden.
Leiding nemen op het vlak van arbeidsveiligheid en bijdragen aan procesveiligheid en incidentbestrijding.
Uitvoeren van veldcontroles, contractor management en organiseren van contractor meetings.
Voorbereiden, plannen en uitvoeren van interne audits en begeleiden van externe audits en inspecties.
Plannen en organiseren van HAZOPs en deelnemen namens HSE.
Adviseren van collega’s over veiligheidsvraagstukken, management of change en verbetertrajecten.
Onderzoeken van incidenten, analyseren van oorzaken en opstellen van verbeteracties.
Opstellen van rapportages en onderhouden van contacten met overheden en toezichthouders.
Geven van toolboxen en trainingen, en vertalen van complexe veiligheidskwesties naar praktische adviezen.
Je komt terecht in een enthousiast HSE-team bestaande uit een HSE Manager, HSE Lead, twee HSE Officers en een Veiligheidskundige Projecten.
Jouw profiel
HBO werk- en denkniveau, met een relevante opleiding (bijv. MVK of HVK).
Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden; je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen operators, auditors en management.
Proactief, zelfstandig en in staat om initiatief te nemen.
Ervaring binnen een BRZO-omgeving is een pluspunt.
Bereid om ca. 70% binnendienst en 30% buitendienst te werken.

Selecting

The process and the number of interviews depending on the seniority level and the location of the role. All candidates for the same position will follow the same process.
